Questions and Answers-
  • Can I return my item? Yes. You can return your item for a refund. Returns are accepted on new, unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging and tags must still be attached. Please contact us within 7 days, if you plan to return your unused garment. We will then send you the location for your returns. A $10.00 restocking fee for returned items, will apply. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 
  • When will I be charged? Your card will be pre-authorized until we confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order. 
  • When will I receive my order confirmation? As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. 
  • How soon will my item(s) ship? If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at 8ody8ynina@gmail.com. 
  • What do I do if I want updates on my order? You can either follow the steps using the tracking information we sent you, or you can contact us by going to the "Contact Us" page, and we can check the status for you. 
  • What happens if the item arrives damaged? We personally inspect all the items before they are sent to our customers. However, in the event an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours via email, with photos and a description of the damages. We will asses the damages and send you a replacement.
  • Can I cancel my order? All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds on a cancelled order will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. This will be given once we have received your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refund amount to your original payment method.

  • What happens if I do not like my product or if I ordered the wrong size? In the event that you want to exchange or return your item(s), you will need to contact us as soon as possible. You, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the shipping cost for the new exchanged item. (Please enclose the item SKU or the Order Number so that we know what item you are referring to). Once your request has been approved, we will send you the location via email, that you will use to send your shipment back. Please do not return the shipment without getting the proper address for the return. We ship from different locations and the item may be lost in transit.
